Akaneya's sours and downtown drinks all use Kinmiya shochu.
"Kinmiya Shochu" is the ultimate shochu that brings out the best in the ingredients.
The brewing water used is ultra-soft underground water from the Suzuka Mountains.
The flavor is mellow and the texture is great!
I think that just changing sour shochu to Kinmuya will overturn your stereotypes.
