Akaneya's sours and downtown drinks all use Kinmiya shochu.

"Kinmiya Shochu" is the ultimate shochu that brings out the best in the ingredients.

The brewing water is made using ultra-soft underground water from the Suzuka Mountains.

The taste is mellow and smooth!

I think that just changing sour shochu to Kinmuya will overturn your stereotypes.
