Akane-ya's sours and downtown drinks all use Kinmiya shochu!

Kinmiya Shochu, the ultimate type of shochu that brings out the best in its ingredients,

They use ultra-soft groundwater from the Suzuka Mountains for brewing.

It has a mild flavor and a pleasant texture!

I think simply switching from sour shochu to Kinmiya will completely overturn preconceived notions.
